I had an awful dental emergency recently that saw my two from teeth shattered. Wont go into why but the result of the incident means that I have been left with no teeth at the front (top teeth). I desperately need to do something to get these replaced. It feels like a real emergency to me as I cannot stand looking like this. Affecting my whole life and become quite recluse because of it. I look awful and feel awful. Could I get emergency treatment to get this sorted out please? Ideally I would like this gap gone within the next few days. I am praying that this is a possibility ready for a job interview I have in 2 weeks time. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
The treatment to rebuild your smile would not be classed as an emergency appointment. In an emergency appointment, the teeth would be stabilised and treated for any pain but the rebuilding process would then be done in a scheduled appointment where the clinician has time to consider the best course of action and to identify a plan to get your smile looking its best again. Although this would not be an emergency appointment it is likely that the clinic will prioritise this treatment to get you your smile sorted out as soon as they possibly can. I would advise you to call your dentist and tell them you are ready to have your teeth rebuilt. They will then offer you an appointment to examine you. Even though the process for replacing your teeth could take a few visits they may be able to make you a temporary denture, so you are not walking around with a gap for your job interview. While you wear this, the clinician can be sorting out a permanent replacement such as a permanent denture, a fixed bridge, or dental implants. Best of luck to you.
