I am so down right about now. I really want to get a white smile but I just don’t know how to do this. It seems that there is so many options out there and I am no expert in this field. There are whitening procedures that cost hundreds and there are kits that are cheaper. I am reluctant to pay for any of them because I feel like the cheap options wont work so theres no point and if the more expensive options don’t work I’ll be gutted that I have wasted all that money. Do you think if i booked in for an initial appointment a clinic would be honest with me about what treatment would be best for my situation? I need some guidance but its hard to trust people if you get what I mean?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
I understand why you may feel overwhelmed by all the options. There certainly are many treatments and products to choose from, and not all of the options available are legitimate or effective. Cheaper versions are less likely to produce results as opposed to professional services. It also saddens me to say that there are clinics out there that do not have their patient’s best interests at heart. However, there are clinics that do so try not to feel disheartened. Clinics that have good reviews and that are recommended by friends or family are usually the best places to start. If you are unsure then do an internet search to get a feel for what patients are saying about the establishment. These will give you a good indication. Look for clinics that have many reviews to give you a well rounded view. That way you know that the reviews, or at least most of them, are genuine. It would also be ideal to book in for an initial consultation with a clinic that offers free consultations for cosmetic treatments. That way you know you can walk away with no fee and that they are genuinely offering a good service. Best of luck to you.
