Got some teeth whitening bleach that I do at home. I use it in one of those shields that you put the whitening bleach in and clip over the teeth. Then what I do is I leave it on all night while I sleep. Its perfect because it doesn’t interfere with anything. However, I have broken my shield and now I need to get myself another one and not sure how to do this because my clinic does not do this treatment any more. Which is such a shame. Its because the staff member who provided this has moved on to another clinic and now we have no one with their expertise. Where would I get another shield from please, one that fits my teeth not just a generic one. This is where the problem lies. Taaa very much.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
My first thought would be whether your clinic knows where this member of staff has moved to, as it could just be as simple as visiting them in their new clinic for the whitening tray you desire. If not, then rest assured there are things that can be done. First of all, you can perform an internet search for clinics in your local area that provides customised whitening trays. If this does not bear any fruit, then you could always contact cosmetic clinics directly to ask whether they provide this service. If they do not, the chances are they are partnered with another clinic that does. Clinics tend to work alongside each other to refer patients for treatments that they do not provide, and vice versa. Otherwise, you could go straight to the manufacturer of the whitening system to ask them for stockists. Customised whitening trays are much more effective as they hug the teeth and hold the bleach closer to the teeth in an even manner. Best of luck to you.
